Design
Furnishing and styling phase of a project is done with the design team. Furniture design, soft furnishings and fittings, artwork and colour, lighting design, fabric selection schemes and end to end specifications is all handled within the design department in collaboration with the client’s vision. Sometimes our clients do not quite know what the really want and tell us to go all out. In cases like this we present the work to them at the end of every stage. This is incorporate their ideas before the work is carried on for too long so that we avoid delayed changes.
Interior Architecture
The Signature Designs interior architects work closely with the creative team to produce detailed drawing and specification for presentation to the client. We handle all interior architectural elements from the seven (7) elements of design as we mentioned earlier and these are space, line, form, light, colour, texture and pattern.
Design Project Management
The Signature Designs Project Managers closely monitor the progress of all design elements at all stages. Their job is to ensure that the design is being implemented correctly. They will pay regular site visits and deliver reports to their superiors. No stage
goes complete without sign from a supervisor and project manager.
Procurement of Materials
Procurement of materials for projects is done when the clients has finalized on their requirement and signed off for it according to our terms and conditions. The procurement manager handles all deliveries from design phase to delivery and coordination of shipments.

Signature Designs works in a well calculated plan format. We carry out our work and services in stages. From the initial stage of the customers’ idea or inception to understanding what they are trying to achieve and then we commence our development. Signature Designs Architects and Project Planners acquire key information about a potential project then we discuss the requirements in detail with the clients and then set project schedules. This is the first step. A feasibility study is then conducted and prepared with a detailed working plan. We then consider materials and costs according to the customers’ budgets and negotiate the project fees. After this stage, all artisan departments get to work to deliver to our promise.
